Soo FYI-

I was going to buy Hydroxcut a month ago to help give me a kick to get off my butt and work out…BUT after reading its main ingredients..I discovered it was nothing more than a megadose of caffeine (well to some..Im a serious coffee drinker mind you so it seemed like actually a mediocre amount.).

At one time there was a combination of ingrediants in HydroxyCut that may have worked on some people but also had very serious side effects. The product since reformualted, is arguably safe to use now…but you may as well just have two cups of coffee and a couple of b-vitamins.

Judgement: HydroxyCut=Fail

Next Up we have Fastin XR.. (xr meaning extended release..all day long)

I bought a bottle of this against my better jusdgement really. It also is mostly caffeine and like it’s peers it used to have a different formula. One that could seriously damage your kidneys! The new formula passes the FDA , in part, because they dont know everything thats in it. But mostly it’s caffeine mized in with someherbal combos. The results is somewhat of a diuretic (it will make you dehydrated quick), you may feel slight euphoric feelings for the first few days…but then you mostly just become irritable and your kidney and liver strt to let you know that they exist. I finished my bottle…decreasign the amount I took as I drew close to loss of inventory (standard step when dropping useabge of such things…a Step Down…(my cigarette smoking days got me use to this ).

I admit Fastin sometime gave me a boost for my workout…But mostly I can tell it affected my blood pressure adversaly, swelled my prostate, squeezed my kidneys like a kid grabbing candy and ultimately was the biggest waste of money I have spent in awhile.

Judgement: Fastin XR=Fail

You know and I know there is no substitute for running or working out and a proper diet…
Now if I can only get motivated again to do so!!
