..off track but getting back on course..
Well Its been awhile… I’ve had about a 2 week lag from working out consistently. I think I got unmotivated because I hit a wall or rather, a ‘plateau’! Ive been 185 for about a month now..and 2 of those weeks I was working out..So I guess I got bored and bummed out..
But I’m fixing to start back up again and plan to actually RUN! You see the weather is finally getting nice..and before it gets too Hot…it’s time to Run. Running..as I know it..has always been and probably the best way to really lose weight..
It’s also the surest way to realize how out of shape one really is! Not looking forward to the latter..but definitely ready to kick things into gear!
It will be difficult because I never was a ‘long distance’ runner..(yawn boring..) but I was a sprinter! But..before I can even attempt to spring..I gotta do a few weeks of …gulp..”jogging”.
